Should ponies be purged?

Yes, just as the title says. Should the ponies which are making the bronies crazy (even though they're all probably rip-offs of Sonic characters) be purged from this world and cease to exist?

Not to mention that one day, the ponies suddenly got attention from all of these grown ups instead of having the same kind of attention the girls gave to the ponies a long time ago.

Three entire generations, none of the grown ups ever obsessed over a show with horses made for little girls. Instead they come at the final fourth generation and make it look like its nothing girly or anything. I'm a little too worried which direction humanity would love to take after the whole MLP ordeal, followed by Flappy Bird. My faith of humanity dropped from zero to negatives.

Not to mention their origin stories. I even heard that the whole "Carnival Night Zone Act 2*" marking the birth of the bronies ordeal could've been a joke taken seriously by the "bronies", leading to the birth of misguided Sonic fans.

And I say misguided Sonic fans cause most of the ponies represent nothing but Sonic characters. Even their colors do represent Sonic characters.

I still hate My Little Pony, honestly... It's made for girls, I can live with that, but I dislike how it has taken over the internet. I hate to see Sonic characters with techicolor ponies. I just want to look up my favorite series without seeing those stupid equestrian creatures.

And I do like horses in real life. But technicolor ponies with or without horns or wings... no, just no.

I remember the time when I image Google'd something called "Sonic '06" for guilty pleasure purposes. One of the images had ponies. Ouch.

Even the image listings for a terrible, buggy, hated and despised game (objectively) now has images with technicolor ponies.

I wish to see an internet free of these abominations. That's my wish. I wish for the bronies to learn that they have sites made for them and spam them with ponified things as they wish and decrease their insane pressence on the net. But their ever increasing presence makes me wish the ponies to be purged.

Hrgh, I hate Sonic X Rainbow Dash pairing. Sonic isn't interested in anyone! He doesn't even like Amy or Blaze all that much! Why would he be interested in a snobby pegasus?

Actually, they both believe they are the fastest... so wouldn't they argue who is faster?
